The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral on the following             
at the request of Representative Hanley, Co-chair:                             
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO.  7                                                            
"An Act relating to bail after conviction for various felonies if the         
defendant has certain previous felony convictions."                            
                                                                               
SB 7 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
